The Connect Group has confirmed to retailer customers that it has reached an agreement for the future operation of its Pass My Parcel subsidiary. It is now in the hands of DHL subsidiary UK Mail which has stated that it is fully committed to the maintenance and growth of the parcel shop network and that it is business as usual.
