Dotmailer relaunches marketing automation software

Dotmailer has marked its fifteenth anniversary with the re-launch of its email marketing solution and a move to new offices at London Bridge. Launched in 1999, Dotmailer now has over 4000 customers using its automated marketing platform and this is set to grow now that it has released Magento integration. The solution also offers easy integration into CRM solutions like Salesforce, SalesLogix and Microsoft Dynamics and has a newly introduced Customer Insight Model to track complex behavioural history including transactional data and past 90 days web browsing history.

As part of its growth plans, Dotmailer has begun to focus primarily on large and enterprise clients which has seen its ecommerce client base grow by 67 per cent over the past year.
