2013 was a banner year for Hotel Chocolat, having announced
restaurant developments including a deal with John Lewis. The digital team
radically upgraded its eCommerce capabilities. Using the tradeit content management
systems and eCommerce platform from Red Technology, Hotel Chocolat can split
bulk gift orders into assorted delivery addresses and select delivery services
for both UK and overseas recipients. Click and Collect is catered for, as is
Shutl’s 90 minute express service for deliveries of orders based within 20
miles of its stores.
