Since implementing email marketing software from Bronto, Hudson Shoes has experienced a 53 per cent increase in its sales. It is using the platform’s segmentation abilities to target customers with tailored messages based upon transactional history which has seen it achieve a 12 per cent increase in average order value (AOV) and by using templates that adapt the messaging to the screen of the device used by recipients it has seen a 37 per cent uplift in mobile traffic. Hudson Shoes was launched in 1990 to offer high quality but affordable footwear.
