Identity Crisis

A global study by SDL shows sixty three per cent of UK
respondents prefer not to have their data shared by brands trying to improve
their overall customer experience. The study targeted 18-36 year olds and found
that nearly half of those surveyed in the UK thought data sharing, including
distributing profile information, is unacceptable. Suggestions to improve these statistics
include using social media to connect more with brands.
