Internet Fusion acquires Country Attire


Multi-brand online retail group Internet Fusion has acquired Country Attire, an online store which specialises in upmarket country clothing from brands including Barbour, Hunter and Joules. Country Attire’s founders Richard and Jenny Parker will join the group’s team to assist in ongoing development. Internet Fusion is now forecasting its annual sales to top £100 million in the current financial year.

In further news, Internet Fusion has also completed its acquisition of Surfdome which has necessitated a move to a new 160,000 sq.ft. centralised warehouse in Kettering. The facility will handle fulfilment and distribution for all of the group’s brands which also include Derby House, Ride Away Store and Dirt Bike Bitz, all of which will operate from its proprietary platform.
