Jack Wills founder and major shareholder Peter Williams has handed his CEO role to Wendy Becker who joined the preppy British fashion brand in September 2012. Peter Williams will remain as a non-executive director for the foreseeable future.
Jack Wills has a chain of UK stores as well as wholly owned outlets in the USA and Hong Kong with franchise partners in the Middle East and Jersey, as well as online sales via its own sites and ASOS.
The retailer has made a number of recent senior appointments as it prepares to advance its international development plans.
