With John Lewis’ operations chief Dino Rocos retiring after four decades, the retailer has announced that its finance director Bérangère Michel is to take over as operations director. John Lewis is currently seeking a new finance director.
“I can’t over-emphasise the scale of the contribution Dino has made to John Lewis – he has transformed every element of our supply chain to create the distribution network we enjoy today,” John Lewis managing director Paula Nickolds said. “I am extremely grateful to him for his support and commitment to the partnership.”
