M&S consolidates returns

Marks & Spencer has agreed a contract with Clipper Logistics in which the management of returned stock from stores as well as online customers will be outsourced. Clipper will receive, process and check that returned products are in saleable condition, and process refunds from its efulfilment facility in Ollerton.

Paul Burns, head of operations at Marks and Spencer said “Creating a seamless experience for our customers is really important. We look forward to working closely with Clipper to provide an efficient and convenient service that works for our customers and our business.”
