MNP and MailSolve forge partnership

MailSolve has successfully implemented Multichannel Order Manager (M.O.M), developed by US-based Freestyle Solutions into many direct and omni-channel etail brands. While Freestyle Solutions focuses its efforts on the cloud-based solution primarily for the US market and in a particular niche, MailSolve has sourced a new partner to cater to the needs of larger British retailers trading in the European marketplace.

OrderActive OMS used by Lakeland Limited, Kurt Geiger, Pure Collection and Soletrader is a proven global direct solution that scales on demand. The base platform comprises purchasing, order orchestration, and order fulfilment with integrated carriers. In addition, there are modules and services which integrate online marketplaces and a number of eCommerce platforms. This experience provides MailSolve with the perfect fit upon which to move forward with its next generation platform.

MNP’s Managing Director Pierre D’Arbost commented “MNP are delighted to be working with MailSolve, we are certain that with their commitment our new reseller channel will be a huge success for both parties. In 2017, MNP are releasing a new multi-platform version that facilitates the preference on whether to host locally, public or via private cloud deployment. The OrderActive OMS can be used as an end to end system, a true one size fits all, supported and developed by an experienced team.”

Brendan Considine from MailSolve adds “We have been aware of MNP and OrderActive for some time and are delighted to be partnered up and be able to implement and support an OMS used by some of the best out there, we look forward to working with MNP for many years to come.”

MNP and MailSolve will be working together to develop opportunities with ‘Tier 3 (£1-£10m t/o)’ e-tailers and MailSolve will be able to provide the full migration services to the OrderActive OMS platform. MailSolve will provide the business scoping, implementation, go live and ongoing support services.
