MoPowered partners with Trustpilot

mCommerce solution provider, MoPowered has announced it will
be working with Trustpilot to help mid-market retailers improve conversion
rates when customers are shopping on mobile devices and through the number of
customer reviews they receive.

Mobile traffic is now
dominant for the majority of retailers as evidenced by companies such as John Lewis who reported
that upwards of 70per cent of their online Christmas visitors last year arrived via a
mobile device. Those mid-market retailers who have to date opted for a quick
fix responsive design approach are as a result experiencing high bounce rates
leaping often to over 70per cent. Now, when brands go live
with a dedicated mobile site from MoPowered, their customers will be able to
share reviews on their experience, simply by clicking on the Trustpilot logo,
which sits alongside the social media icons on their device. By being able to
collate this feedback, retailers will be able to identify areas for improvement
to help increase customer dwell time and improve their brand experience.

Through the new partnership, MoPowered becomes Trustpilot’s
first official reselling partner in the UK.
Trustpilot is now a referral partner of MoPowered.
