Proximity lands Specsavers CRM account

Proximity London has been appointed by Specsavers to work on its CRM activity, work which had previously been handled exclusively in-house. Proximity will be focusing on strategic and data planning, along with analytic and creative. Paul Morris, Specsavers group eCommerce director commented “We want to strengthen our engagement with existing and prospective customers across their optical and audioloy journey.” Adding, “Proximity clearly demonstrated its ability to provide creative and innovative thinking to support our contact strategy.”
