Next Wave Partners has announced the creation of The Delivery group Ltd which combines CMS network UK Ltd with its existing portfolio company Secured Mail. CMS offers its client a mailroom outsourcing solution and has significant clients in the financial services and media sectors. Secured Mail is a downstream access mail and ecommerce logistics operator.
