AO is seeking to recruit around 250 staff for newly created roles within its logistics hub in Crewe. The online electricals specialist enjoyed a boom during lockdown which is continuing despite most stores now re-opening.
David Ashwell, managing director of AO Logistics said; “We’ve been quick to adapt to meet increased customer demand and we’re investing in the future, adding more space and hundreds of new, quality jobs for people in Cheshire and Staffordshire.”
All new staff will be enrolled in an incentive plan which offers the opportunity to earn a year’s extra salary linked to the success of the AO business over the next five years.
