Beulah bounces back in pre-pack deal

The founders of Beulah, Lavinia Brennan and Lady Natasha Rufus Isaacs, have re-opened for business, having left behind £900,000 of debts.

The fashion business which produced dresses designed in London and made in India on a fair pay basis filed for liquidation in July. The sale of the assets for £210,000 was made by Quantuma to a new business called Lado Sarai which is wholly owned by Brennan and Rufus Isaacs, with the backing of Frederic Hufkens.
