QBase co-founders Ian and Anita Johnstone have sold a 77.8 per cent stake in their data marketing business to four of their management team members; Rob Jones, CEO, Tracey Barker, operations director, Nick Kelly, technical solutions director, and consulting director Paresh Patel.
The Johnstones are retaining a minority stake and will now retire from day to day involvement in the business which they founded in 1991.
