Industrial supplies company ESE Direct has strengthened its team with the appointment of Cecile Ducret as marketing data and information analyst. Her remit includes collecting and analysing performance data on online sales, customer contact, and promotions and mailings. Mike Wyard, who initially joined ESE Direct as interim finance director, has been made permanent.

Multichannel retailer High Street TV has hired Stephen McCreath, who formerly worked as High Street TV’s group operations director in 2009, as international director. Lisa Fawcett, previously head of product and buying at Getting Personal, joins as product director.

Debenhams has hired former Argos multichannel director Ross Clemmow as its new divisional trading director for eCommerce to fill the gap left by former eCommerce boss Simon Forster.

Jon Kamaluddin is leaving ASOS. The company’s international director joined nine years ago, initially holding the post of finance director.

Waitrose has appointed Tony Rivenell, previously head of product and user experience at Ocado, to the new role of head of omnichannel delivery. Rivenell joins the grocer in June.

Kingfisher-owned Screwfix, the tools and DIY specialist has named Andrew Livingston as its UK chief executive. Livingston, who has been at Screwfix for four years and was previously commercial and eCommerce director, takes over from Steve Willett who becomes chairman of
Screwfix.

Rowena Cumner, formerly marketing manager at Great Little Trading Company, has joined online retailer Diamond Manufacturers as affiliate and partnerships manager. Michelle Tombs joins as outreach, PR and social media manager from Isabella Oliver.

Fashion retailer Burberry has hired Kaitlyn Wilkins, former director of Ogilvy’s social media business, as its new global director of social media replacing Musa Tariq.

Ilan Benhaim, cofounder and current director of strategy and innovation at France-based flash-sales website vente-privee.com, has been appointed as the head of Vente-Privee Consulting. His remit includes developing the group’s digital strategy and cross-channel network, in accordance with its global strategies.

Former Pets at Home business development director Rob Swyer has joined automotive and cycle products retailer Halfords as retail director. Kevin Thomas, who was operations director with responsibility for retail since March 2012, has stepped down from his position.

Elliot Parkus, formerly head of strategy at independent agency Adconnection, has joined ECMOD award-winning agency The Specialist Works as director of press and planning.

Lifecycle marketing company Magiq appointed SarahO’Keefe as its new vice president of sales.

Skrill, the online payment provider, recruited Neil Steinhardt, managing director of paysafecard.com USA, as chief executive of Skrill USA. The appointment continues Skrill’s expansion into the North American market.

GMG UK, a developer of high-end colour management and proofing solutions, has hired former? EC2i sales director Will Hearn as sales executive and Dominic Mannion, who for the past seven years has provided field service engineering support for Presstek, as technical engineer.

Group FMG, a global provider of marketing and media services, is increasing its focus on eCommerce and content with a raft of senior-level appointments. Former Venda manager Geoff Wright heads up the eCommerce practice across Europe with additional responsibility for reestablishing recently acquired Pod1 in the UK. Peter Moniak joins from Flixmedia to drive the group’s commercial efforts across its content and commerce activities, while Isabel Sigmac, who previously worked for Mothercare and Best Buy, becomes head of projects for eCommerce.
