Oriflame to invest heavily in Ireland

Following the news yesterday that Avon is exiting its
operations in Ireland, Swedish direct selling company Oriflame says it will
invest heavily in the republic “to show its commitment to the country”.
Oriflame, which has been present in Ireland since 1972, has expanded at a rate
of 40 percent over the past 12 months and hopes to create nearly 2,000 new jobs
over the next two years, taking its consultant numbers to 5,000.
