Sephora to acquire Feelunique

Palamon Capital Partners has confirmed that it has signed an agreement to sell Feelunique to Sephora, the beauty products retailer owned by LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton. The transaction is expected to complete in the second half of 2021 following regulatory clearance.

London based Feelunique has built an impressive online business specialising in prestige beauty products and has 1.3 million active customers. Offering 35,000 products from some 800 established luxury, niche, independent and challenger brands. Palamon acquired the business from its owners and has since worked with it to near quadruple its operations.  Following the acquisition, the business will continue to be managed by the Feelunique team led by Sarah Miles as CEO.

Miles said: “We are delighted to join forces with Sephora whose prestige positioning is the perfect fit for our prestige brand offering. With the support of Palamon and its co-investors, we have created a renowned online player in UK beauty at the forefront of a significant market opportunity.”
