Sephora to take over Feelunique

Feelunique and Sephora have struck a deal that will see the UK online retailer acquired by French cosmetics retailer Sephora. Sephora, owned by LVMH, operates over 2600 stores in 35 countries. The new deal places a valuation of £132 million on Feelunique which is expected to post annual sales of £100m.
