Serenata Flowers gains Feefo Trusted Service Award for the third year running


Independent online florist, Serenata Flowers has been awarded a Feefo Trusted Service Award 2019 – its third in as many years. The popular online florist which is known for its high quality and good value bouquets continues to hold the trust of the nation, receiving superb customer feedback for its products and customer service. Having secured a total of 41,937 product and service reviews last year 71 per cent of all feedback was rated five stars, the highest rating. Serenata Flowers ended the year with a Feefo service rating of 4.3 out of 5 for product satisfaction and 4.2 out of 5 for customer service.

In order to win the prestigious award businesses needed to collect a minimum of 50 customer reviews between 1st January and 31st December 2018 and achieve a Feefo service rating of between 4.0 and 4.4.

Martin Johannsson, managing director at Serenata Flowers, commented: “Having previously picked up the award in 2017 and 2018 we are very humbled to be receiving our third consecutive Feefo Trusted Service Award for 2019. The business started out as just two small flower shops in central London in 2003 and since moving to online we’ve expanded to a global company that prioritises the customer journey above all else.
