Serenata Flowers launches subscription service

Independent online florist, Serenata Flowers, is launching a new customisable subscription service with three variable levels of spend.

Each delivery contains a different bouquet that falls within the price band relevant to the level of subscription.

Subscribers will have the option to customise their service, choosing which day of the week they’d prefer to take delivery of the bouquets, as well as how regularly, with options to receive the boxes on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.

On top of the variable frequency, the online florist is also offering flexible subscription durations including three, six, or 12 months that can be paused at any time using the customer’s online account. For added flexibility, customers may also set a different recipient for each delivery and adjust the delivery date online.
