Hilco Capital which acquired Staples’ UK store chain has set about rebranding the 106 stores under the Office Outlet banner. Most of the stores, which are also having new EPoS systems installed, are located in retail parks. The retailer is seeking to sublet space in some of its larger stores to compatible retailers as its seeks to reduce costs.
