The Rocket Marketing Group rejoins DCA

Rocket has been busy building new digital products and growing in to new market areas since they were last members of the Direct Commerce Association (DCA). The customer experience is at the core of everything they do, and their ISO Accreditation for Quality & Service supports this.

Rocket’s Founder & CEO Andy Huggins (pictured) said: “It’s great to be back, and we’re really looking forward to meeting up with members at the DCA Annual Summit on 17th June. We want to offer our experience and services to members, and support them wherever possible”.

Established in 2001, Rocket are highly skilled in building bespoke Loyalty & Reward programmes for their clients. They fully own the end to end operation which enables them to deliver high levels of customer service. From Product Creation, Offer Sourcing and Marketing, to Customer Service, Telesales and fulfilment – everything is in-house.

“We’ve worked with multi-channel retailers for over 20 years, managing a variety of bespoke Loyalty Programmes and we know how to engage with their customers. We’re looking forward to meeting DCA Members who are just as excited about customer loyalty as we are” says Andy Huggins.
