Whistl confirms that international mail and parcel deliveries continue during CV19 crisis

Whistl has confirmed that its international inbound and outbound operations continue in Europe and around the world, where no local restrictions have been put in place.

Customers have been in contact with the company to ask if they can continue their international mail and parcel operations and were seeking clarity on the impact of the latest Government Covid19 guidance issued on 23 March.

Nick Wells, CEO Whistl said:

“The current Government guidance is explicit saying ‘Online retail is still open and encouraged and postal and delivery service will run as normal’.

“Internationally, we are currently operating a business as usual for all key countries in Europe and around the World for untracked postal and tracked services. For example, we have maintained airlift capability to the USA and we are keeping this important export lane open for all clients to access for both mail and parcels.

“We will continue to work across the business to ensure we can support our customers during this difficult time.”
