Wyevale has sold four of its garden centres to In-Excess Ltd. These are located in Salisbury, West Parley, Fair Oak and Landford and will continue to be operated as garden centres. In addition it has sold its Hereford Wellington operation to English salvage which, again, will continue with its garden centre activities.
Wyevale CFO Anthony Jones commented; “Since the launch of the sale process in May we have now sold 35 ‘non-core’ centres and are currently evaluating a wide range of competitive offers from the group buyers, regional operators and local entrepreneurs.”
