EE which owns Orange and T-Mobile is bringing some of its
call centre operations back to the UK over the next two years. The move, which
starts with the creation of the first 250 jobs in Northern Ireland this Spring,
follows widespread reports and social media rants about the very poor service
customers had experienced when trying to resolve issues via operatives in EE
centres in the Philippines and India.
