For the 52 weeks to 1st February revenues for the sportswear
retailer rose to £1.33 billion from £1.26 billion, producing a full year
pre-tax profit of £57.9 million. The group’s sports brands delivered the best
performance from UK and international operations whereas its Bank fashion chain
was still in turnaround mode. At Black and Millets, the groups outdoor brands,
progress had been made to get the business back on track.
