Lingerie specialist Ann Summers will launch a click and collect service later this month as part of a ‘long overdue’ overhaul of its business. Figures show a dip in both sales and profits last year, although online sales grew following the re-launch of its website. Ann Summers is to pilot the use of in-store tablets as information and order points in an effort to boost its multichannel credentials and is also targeting international growth with launches across Europe, the U.S., and Australia.
