UK shoe retailer Hudsons Shoes has enjoyed a 53 per cent
online sales increase since its implementation of Bronto’s marketing automation
solution. Hudsons Shoes has been able to better segment and select customers
for targeting offers based on transactional history and behavioural activity. The
results show an increase in average order values of 12 per cent and a 53 per
cent rise in revenues for the fourth quarter of 2013 over the same period in
2012. Hudsons Shoes has also begun to use responsive design templates from
Bronto that adapt to the screen of the recipient’s device. This improvement in
the mobile experience has increased email conversion rates.
