MySale, the Australian fashion site which has received fresh backing from Sir Philip Green has acquired Cocosa as it plans its UK market entry. It is understood that Cocosa, which had been owned by Mohamed Al Fayed since 2011, had been seeking a buyer since last Autumn. It reportedly has an 800,000 strong customer base and will enable MySale to accelerate the launch of its UK business.
