The sale of mail order catalogue business La Redoute and delivery network Relais Colis to Nathalia Balla who is chairman and CEO of La Redoute and Eric Courtelle, chief administrative officer of Redcats has now been completed. This follows a decision last December by the parent company Kering to go ahead and enter exclusive negotiations for a management buy out.
