Sainsbury’s is following the lead of other supermarkets by arranging click and collect services for commuters from London Underground station car parks. The service commences this summer from South Woodford, Debden, Leytonstone and four other stations with same day pick up offered if orders are placed before 1 pm. Initially offered at no charge to all customers, it will continue as a free service for Sainsbury’s Delivery Pass holders and be charged to others at the rate of £1.99 per collection.
