Independent furniture retailer Barker & Stonehouse is
opening its first London store this summer. The new £1 million showroom will be
in Battersea and scheduled to open in early July 2013, creating 28 new jobs.
The new store will be the company’s ninth since it began trading in Stockton on
Tees in 1946.
