Netherlands based body care brand Rituals is set to implement the STEP product data management solutions from Stibo to accelerate growth across 14 territories. The solution will ensure that there is accurate, consistent and reliable product information across multiple channels. The brand has some 400 products ranging from face and body creams to pure tea, soulwear, scented candles and mineral make-up. It opened its first store in Amsterdam in 2000 and now has 360 stores, 700 shop-in-shops and 5 city spas around the world, including cities like London.Madrid, Stockholm Sao Paolo and New York.
STEP will centrally manage the company’s digital assets and its product, supplier and location data, serving as a centralised source of data for its ERP and POS systems, business intelligence and websites, managing information in different languages and currencies to support its growing international business.
