Chemist Counter Direct, an online pharmacy which has been grated with a licence to fulfil online prescriptions from September, has implemented the NetDespatch solution to speed its shipment processes. The pharmacy currently sells several hundred items a day from its online store and says that the new solution is saving some five man-hours a day. The cost-free solution from NetDespatch is a SaaS application designed for SMEs.
