Swedish payment service provider Klarna AB has agreed terms to acquire the business of German SOFORT AG which offers similar services in Germany and Austria. Bother businesses will continue to service customers in their own markets and the combined business will have 25 million users and partnerships with more than 50 per cent of all German online merchants.
