Shop Direct taps Bybox

Shop Direct has appointed ByBox to offer a simple, convenient returns service for customers of its stable of direct brands. ByBox provides locker services for direct customers to receive and return parcels as an alternative to waiting at home for collection or delivery. The lockers are located in local supermarkets, shopping centres, high streets and petrol stations
