Bingley based mature market clothing group Damartex, which operates under the Damart, Afibel and Sedagyl brands, has completed the acquisition of Coopers of Stortford, the multichannel home and garden wares business. Coopers was founded in 1995 by Neil Cooper who now steps down from his position in the business which posted sales of £29.6 million in 2012. The remaining members of the Coopers team will remain in situ, reporting to Damart MD Andy Hill.
