The MetaPack Group has announced the appointment of Carmen
Carey as its Chief Operating Officer (COO). Carey will be responsible for
driving continuous improvement in MetaPack’s service performance for a fast
growing base of retailer clients serving millions of customers across the
world. She joins from managed cloud services provider ControlCircle where
she was Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for over three years. Her background also
includes tenures as CEO of CopperEye, COO of MessageLabs (now Symantec) and
Vice President of Global Services for the Americas at BroadVision (BVSN).
