Business recovering for Gieves and Hawkes


Royal Warrant holder Gieves & Hawkes has achieved a reduction in its annual losses for 2013, from £3.5 million in 2012 to £623,000. Sales for the year were little changed at £15.2 million.  Now focused on developing overseas sales the business,which was acquired by Hong Kong investor Victor Fung in 2012,  has 112 stores in China as well as concessions in the USA and Japan in addition to its 8 UK stores. .
