St Ives Group has declared a 17 per cent increase in its pre-tax profits which came in at £29.4 million for the year ending 1st August 2014, on sales of £327.6 million. During the year the group acquired digital marketing agency Amaze as well as two marketing services businesses, Realise Digital and Hive Healthcare. It is now continuing to seek acquisitions to complement its service portfolio and has expressed specific interest in areas like media analytics and content management.
