Former N Brown Group CEO Alan White has been appointed as chairman by Hotter, the British footwear business which received investment from Electra at the start of the year. Hotter employs over 1000 people, has one million customers in the UK and overseas, and is the UK’s largest shoe manufacturer. Alan is currently also a non-executive director at both Direct Wines and Topps Tiles.
