Rakuten Marketing has announced the appointment of Seth Richardson as its UK based chief technology officer. Richardson co-founded the attribution and measurement company DC Storm which Rakuten acquired earlier this year.
In addition, it has officially launched in France and Germany under its newly unified ans restructured line of business, which is echoed globally.
Rakuten Linkshare becomes Rakuten Affiliate Network, Rakuten DC Storm becomes Rakuten Attribution, and Rakuten MediaForge becomes Rakuten Display. With clients including Dune London and Anthropologie launching in France and Germany, the expansion of the company into these markets will allow its customers to grow their presence internationally as well as deliver cross-border campaigns.
