Screwfix team raised £66,000 for Children in Need


In addition to members of its contact centre team manning the ‘phones to take over 2000 pledge calls for the Children in Need appeal, a pyjama party on the night raised an additional £66,000. team member donned PJs and onesies during the fundraising evening. John Mewett, Screwfix marketing director,  said  “I its a great privilege for us to be able to support such a worthwhile cause again this year helping to raise vital funds, which make a difference to people’s lives. The atmosphere in the contact centre was electric and everyone had  a great time taking calls from across the UK as well as getting involved in all the other fun activities taking place.”
