Singapore Post Ltd subsidiary Quantium Solutions (Australia) Pty Ltd is to acquire Courier Please Holdings Pty Ltd from New Zealand Post. CouriersPlease specialises in home deliveries primarily within Eastern and Southern Australia, but also offers national coverage, attracting traffic from a number of major Australian and international ecommerce brands. Quantium offers efulfilment services from its facilities in 12 countries within the Asia Pacific region and will leverage its new acquisition as it develops new business from large overseas brands seeking entry into the Australian market.
