Joules has secured additional funding in the shape of an £11 million additional credit facility from Barclays to enable it to forge ahead with plans to develop stronger sales in Europe and the USA. Joules operates 99 UK stores and has a well established online business which accounts for some 25 per cent of its overall sales. Its wholesale business delivers 28 per cent of sales and it is the wholesale marketplace which Joules will develop overseas whilst continuing to grow its UK multichannel offering.
