Online bathroom retailer selects IQ Intelligence Suite for multichannel marketing measurement, optimisation, and activation

UK online bathroom retailer VictoriaPlum.com has selected Visual IQ as its marketing attribution management provider.

The retailer will use the provider’s IQ Intelligence Suite of attribution products to understand the true impact of each channel and campaign on sales and revenue, and more efficiently allocate their budget to pursue the most effective tactics.

VictoriaPlum had previously used a rules-based measurement approach to its multichannel marketing activities.

Quantifying sales contribution

It required an advanced, multi-dimensional attribution solution that would objectively quantify how each channel, campaign, and tactic contributes to sales; provide scenario planning capabilities to assess changes to budget allocation; and automatically send attributed metrics to its chosen bid management platform for real-time optimisation.
