Walstead Capital Ltd, owners of Wyndeham Group which is the the UK’s second largest web off set printer, has acquired the Spanish operations of Be Printers, Bertelsmann’s printing division. The deal involves Rotocobrhi, a web off set printer based in Madrid, and Eurohueco, a gravure printer based in Barcelona. The combined business is the largest printer of long run commercial and publications products in Spain.
