Guy Buswell has stepped down from the CEO role at UK Mail with immediate effect after the group issued its second profit warning in three months. UK Mail has suffered problems with its new automated warehouse and has lost around 40 per cent of its stock market value since February. Buswell had held the CEO role for ten years and is understood to have left by mutual agreement. UK Mail founder and non-executive chairman Peter Kane will assume the role of executive chairman until a replacement is secured.
